Can I order products with “special order” status?
Yes, absolutely! You can purchase special order items exactly the same way as regular products!
Important note: Special order products cannot be returned and orders cannot be cancelled.

I want to purchase a product, but I don’t need a full case. Can I buy a specific number of units?
The formats displayed are not divisible. To find out available quantities, please refer to the “number of units per case” indicated in the product description page.

I don’t see my establishment’s shopping lists. Why?
Only users with the roles of Administrator, Treasurer or Buyer can access shopping lists. To learn more about the User Management functionality, click here.

What is a similar product?
A similar product is one that is in the same category, type, and field as the original product. When looking for a similar product, filters for brand, use, and active ingredients will help you refine the results.
Where can I view similar and/or equivalent products?
A “See similar products” link or button will show in three places:
> In the product list
> On the product page
> In your purchase lists

I ordered products that are awaiting shipment (B/O and/or special order) on your old platform. Do I have to order them again on the new platform?
No. Products awaiting shipment ordered from our old website will be shipped. You can see the complete list of these products on the “Products awaiting shipment” page. To access this page, select the name of your establishment (on top of the page). You will see a panel appear with the option “Products awaiting shipment.”
I ordered products through Customer Service/the old transactional platform. Will they be visible in the list of products awaiting shipment on the new platform?
The “Products awaiting shipment” page lists all B/O and special order products ordered through Customer Service or online. You can access this page by selecting the name of your establishment (on top of the page). Then click on “Products awaiting shipment.”
