How do I return an item?
To return a product, please validate the product return conditions. If the product can be returned, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number.
Once you have this number, you can download a return form available in the Useful links - Return forms section.
One or more products in my order are damaged. What should I do?
To obtain credit for damaged products during delivery, please follow the detailed procedure by clicking here.
Controlled substances: specific instructions must be followed when a product is damaged. Please contact us upon receipt to be informed of the steps to follow.
Please note: any damaged merchandise during delivery must be reported within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving your order.
I received an item I didn’t order. What should I do?
