Damaged products: credit procedure
To receive credit for products that have arrived at your premises in damaged condition (e.g., damaged packaging, bags with holes, dented cans), please follow this procedure:
- Complete the return form available here.
- Submit the form to the specified email address within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving your delivery.
- Important: Your request must include the completed form for damaged products only. It must also include photos of the container, seal, and damaged products, ensuring that the following are clearly visible:
- The damage(s).
- The batch number(s) of the product(s) and the expiration date.

- Upon receipt of your request, our customer service department will review it. Once approved, you will receive a credit approval number.*

- You may dispose of the products once your request has been approved (in some exceptional cases, you may be asked to return the products, but customer service will notify you in advance).
Note: This procedure does not apply to controlled substances.
*Obtaining credit approval number confirms that a credit will be issued within 24 to 48 business hours.
