What payment methods are accepted on the transactional site?
We accept the “Charge to account” payment method as well as credit card payments.
Can I change the payment method I initially selected on the website?
Absolutely. At the time of order placement, when asked to choose the payment method, simply choose the method you prefer. A credit card can be added in the Wallet section.
Regular product ordering site: it can be done by users with the roles of Administrator or Treasurer.
Controlled substances ordering site: the Wallet section is accessible to all users.

I noticed an error on my invoice. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation quickly.
How do I change a credit card linked to the “Charge to account” payment method?
Select the name of your establishment (in the top right corner) and then access the Wallet section. Click on the “Add a card” button and fill in the required information.
Regular product ordering site: users with the roles of Administrator or Treasurer can make this change.
Controlled substances ordering site: the Wallet section is accessible to all users.

How does the "pay on account" payment method option work?
By choosing this option when placing an order, the payment method, negotiated with CDMV when you opened your account, will apply.

I can't see my credit card in the payment options at checkout. What can I do?
Go to Wallet* and look for the credit card you want to use. An error message requiring action on your part will be displayed. If you need assistance, please contact our Accounts Receivable team.
*As access to this section is restricted, please refer to the administrator or treasurer if you do not have access.
