Procedure for placing a quick order
Quick order: two practical options!

Access the Quick order feature directly from the shopping cart.

You will be given two options:

By CDMV code;
-
Upload .TXT, .XLSX or .CSV file;

Option 1 – By CDMV code

Click the “By CDMV code” button.

Enter the codes and quantities to be added to the cart.
At this step, the product description and available inventory will be visible.

If you need to order more than six products, click “Add lines”.

Once the list of products is complete, click the “Add (‘’number of products’’) products to cart” button.

Option 2A – Upload a .TXT, .XLSX or .CSV file

Click on the “Upload .TXT, .XLSX or .CSV file” button.

Select your file and click open.
BE CAREFUL: The file must contain three columns, in order, and they must be titled exactly as follows:
Column 1: Order_id
Column 2: quantity
Column 3: vendor_items_id

Option 2B – Upload a file via your practice management software

Once your order is ready to place, send it to us directly via your practice management software;
If you’re not connected to the CDMV website already, login to complete the upload.

Option 2C – Upload a file via our template

Click on the “Download our quick order template” button.

Open the downloaded

Select the desired file format (.CVS, .TXT or .XLSX).

Enter the products you wish to order and save the file on your computer.

Return to the quick order option.

Click on the “Upload .TXT, .XLSX or .CSV file” button.

Select your file and click open.

FROM THIS POINT ON, THESE ARE THE STEPS FOR ALL OPTIONS COMBINED.

A window will appear with the number of products added to the cart.
If a product can’t be added to the cart, a message will inform you of the reason, such as product is out of stock.

When you click on the “Results file” button, a .TXT file containing the list of products that you just added will appear with the import status of each product.

Review your shopping cart before placing the order.
Be careful: When you add to the cart a product that was already there, the quantity will be added to the initial quantity.
