Will my acknowledgements awaiting signature be transferred from the old platform to the new one?
Yes, you will be able to sign them on the new platform. Once signed, they will be available on eServices.
Once an order I have placed on the controlled substances site, can I modify it (quantity, addition, address, etc.)?
For safety and compliance reasons, orders cannot be modified. To check whether it is possible to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team.
I received an "Undefined" error code when I tried to connect to the controlled substances site. What should I do now?
Please make sure you use the email address at which you received your invitation to log in.
If your access to the new regular products platform has already been created with this same address, click on "Log in" on the login page, and not on "Complete your registration." See the full guide for more details.
