Your mission
With your expertise in account management and client development, you will be responsible for achieving sales and budget objectives. You will also be expected to manage your territory with autonomy and strong organizational skills.

What you’d mainly be responsible for:
- Understanding clients’ needs and proposing solutions through a consultative approach;
- Identifying business opportunities and promoting CDMV’s services to veterinary practices;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction. In the event of an issue, notifying head office and proposing constructive solutions;
- Achieving the approved and budgeted financial objectives;
- Reporting on the situation each quarter and making the necessary adjustments;
- Participating in veterinary conferences and presenting the company’s services;
- Completing administrative documentation, including the weekly CRM report and the bi‑monthly expense report.
We would like to meet you if you have:
- A college diploma (DEC) in Business Administration with experience in sales representation, or equivalent experience;
- Relevant experience with veterinary clinics (an asset);
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any other CRM (an asset);
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications;
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car, as regular travel is required to meet with clients;
- Availability to work 4 to 5 weekends per year, mainly for conferences;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Ease with various digital tools, whether for use or demonstration;
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and results.
