How to use the Shopping list functionality

To make sure you don’t forget anything, develop personalized shopping lists with your recurring items. This allows you to reduce the time spent searching for and ordering your favourite products!

Note: The management of shopping lists is reserved for users with the roles of Administrator, Treasurer or Buyer.


Process

Create a list from a product or a cart
  

Choose a product you want or make a shopping cart
Select the heart icon or the button “Convert this cart to a shopping list”(a panel will appear to the right of the screen).
Name your shopping list;
Optional: Add a brief description;
Click on the button “Create the list”;
Close the panel by clicking on the X.

    


Add or remove a product from an existing shopping list
  

Click the heart icon associated with the product you want to add or remove.
Select the shopping list where you want to add or remove the product.
Close the panel by clicking the “X”.

    


Access your shopping lists


From the “Account” menu:

Select the account (name of your establishment) in the top right corner
Click on “Orders”.
Click on “Shopping Lists”.


From the header:

Click on the heart icon named “Shopping Lists” next to the search bar.

    


Modify or delete shopping list
 

Edit the name or description: Click on the pencil icon, edit the desired information and click “Save”.
Delete a list: Click on the trash can icon and confirm with the delete button.
Delete a product from a list: Identify the product you wish to remove and select the X.

    


Convert a shopping list into a shopping cart

Click on the name of the shopping list;
Select the + for the desired products to add the quantities to the cart. Select only the products you wish to order from the shopping list;
Click on the cart icon to complete the order.
