Delivery guide – Standard procedure

 

This guide outlines the criteria and steps for a standard delivery to ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful process when receiving orders. Courteous and professional drivers are committed to delivering orders with care, efficiency, and in accordance with established guidelines.

 

Delivery location

  • Deliveries must be made indoors, within approximately 3 meters (10 feet) of the entrance.
  • The driver is responsible for bringing your order inside. No assistance should be requested to unload or move your order.

Unloading procedure

  • Without a loading dock:
    The driver must manually unload the order and leave with the pallet and packaging.
  • With a dock or suitable space:
    The pallet may be left inside and will be picked up during the next delivery.

Handling

  • The driver uses their own equipment (dolly, cart, etc.) to transport and stack your order indoors.
  • Items must be stacked neatly in the designated area.
  • They must be intact and relatively clean after unloading.
  • The stacking area must never completely block an exit.

Return of totes and coolers

  • Upon request from the clinic, the driver will collect coolers*, bins, and product returns.
  • It is important to clearly ask the driver to take back empty bins, coolers, and product returns so they can be returned to CDMV. If the driver is unaware or hesitant to take them, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will ensure the situation is resolved and your returns are processed smoothly.

*Some exceptions and conditions may apply depending on the transportation partner.

Delivery confirmation

  • All deliveries require a signature from a member of your team upon receipt.
