Internal Account Manager – Veterinary channel
Permanent – Hybrid mode (Quebec) | Remote work (Canada)
Your mission
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind the representation of CDMV’s private brand products as well as products from partner suppliers in the Partner+ program. Your main role will be to make outbound calls to veterinary clinics across Canada, whether they are CDMV clients or not, to present and promote our solutions, while adopting a consultative and relationship-based approach. Through your prospecting efforts and rigorous follow-up, you will contribute to sales growth and foster customer loyalty.

What you’d mainly be responsible for:
- Making targeted outbound calls to veterinary clinics to present CDMV’s private brand products and Partner+ products;
- Adapting your pitch according to the profile of the decision-maker (or influencer) in the clinic and the type of product being sold;
- Identifying client needs and proposing relevant solutions, prioritizing a consultative and relationship-based approach;
- Supporting clients in change management, particularly regarding the introduction of private brand products;
- Rigorously documenting interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM;
- Achieving sales activity targets and approved/budgeted financial objectives (telephone prospecting, conversion to sales);
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Collaborating with internal teams for support and opportunity management;
- Demonstrating flexibility in presenting multiple, sometimes changing products;
- Possibility of evolving towards the management of a virtual territory, depending on future needs;
- Representing CDMV at internal or external professional events, as needed.
We would like to meet you if you have:
- A college diploma in business administration or equivalent experience;
- Experience in commercial representation;
- Proven ability to sell tangible products, demonstrated by previous results;
- A relationship-based, consultative approach;
- Bilingualism (Quebec only): excellent verbal and written communication in French and English ;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (elsewhere in Canada)
- Excellent organization and autonomy;
- Sense of urgency and ability to generate a high volume of calls;
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with peers.
- Proficiency with IT tools (CRM, Microsoft Office suite).
Assets:
- Experience in the veterinary sector;
- Ability to understand medical products and explain their value clearly;
- Flexibility and adaptability regarding the diversity of products and stakeholders;
- Patience and persistence in managing client change.
