Dr. Marcoux decided to follow her dream of becoming a veterinarian after returning to pursue her studies. she graduated from the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2016.
Her profile immediately drew her to specialty medicine, as in her second year she began her journey in veterinary dentistry. She completed a general internship specializing in small animals and a residency in dentistry, also at the Université de Montréal.
Dr. Marcoux has completed nearly a dozen dental medicine externships across Canada and the United States during her curriculum.
Her career path has enabled her to deepen her knowledge of exotic species and handle patients weighing from 2 kg to 600 kg! She passed her examination with the American Veterinary Dental College in 2023 and now aspires to become a reference in veterinary dentistry education in Quebec.
She joined E-vet Mobiles at the end of her residency in 2020 to strengthen her ties with her colleagues.
