Based on the nature and sensitivity of the personal information, your consent may be explicit (such consent may be given verbally, in writing or electronically) or implicit (for example, where you willingly provide us with personal information for a specific purpose or that logically follows from the nature of our discussions or transactions). As a general rule, CDMV will ask for your consent when information is collected, unless we are required or otherwise authorized to collect it by law.
You can withdraw your consent at any time subject to any applicable legal or contractual restrictions and provided you give us reasonable notice. Please note that if you choose to withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information, CDMV may not be able to provide you with certain products or services.
