Your mission

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Strategies, the Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of CDMV’s marketing and communication strategies. The incumbent will play a key role in CDMV’s communication activities, specifically by developing and implementing a strong content strategy aimed at increasing CDMV’s impact and influence at the national level and promoting the organization through our various channels. The successful candidate will be self-directed, tactical and possess excellent leadership skills.

What you’d mainly be responsible for:

  • Participating in the development, execution and promotion of marketing and communication plans for all projects and overseeing the deployment of strategies aimed at promoting CDMV initiatives.
  • Managing the brand image, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and positioning in all communication tools and across the different channels: B2B, B2C and B2B2C.
  • Planning and supervising the deployment of communication, branding and marketing initiatives within the ecosystems (B2B and B2C): emails, advertising, SEO, events, web content.
  • Conceptualizing and defining content angles for each platform, based on defined audiences and objectives.
  • Writing press releases, memos, newsletters and other communications (internal and external).
  • Managing the deployment of email marketing campaigns via the CRM tool.
  • Planning content and moderating social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Initiating special projects based on company objectives.
  • Defining, developing and implementing various promotional strategies to support the sales team.
  • Analyzing project/campaign outcomes and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Managing internal resources and coordinating external resources (translation, brand, marketing).
  • Managing department budgets and timetables.
  • Managing sponsorships and partnerships.

We would like to meet you if you have :

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing and/or communications.
  • 5-8 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in communications/writing.
  • Experience working in marketing project management and content production.
  • Knowledge of digital communications and experience in e-commerce is an important asset.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
