Your mission

Thanks to your analytical skills and rigour, you will be responsible for the cost price analysis process.

What you’d mainly be responsible for:

  • Supporting the finance team in the development of performance indicators and dashboards.
  • Implementing the cost price analysis process.
  • Participating in the production and analysis of annual operational budgets.
  • Collaborating in the production of management reports to support decision making.
  • Ensuring cost accuracy and data integrity in the billing system (Oracle).
  • Analyzing profit margins and explaining variances based on products and clients.
  • Participating in the process of updating price lists.
  • Analyzing inventory discrepancies, accuracy of transactions in the ERP system and obsolescence.
  • Participating in profitability analyses by niche, client and product.
  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of new tools.
  • Designing, maintaining and improving financial models, projections, analyses and processes;
  • Mastering the various operational aspects of the organization as a whole in order to properly interpret results.

We would like to meet you if you have :

  • A valid accounting designation (or are in the process of obtaining one);
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French and English;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of databases, distribution operations management and the accounting cycle;
  • High level of proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of Power BI software;
  • Knowledge of Oracle system (an asset);
  • Knowledge of planning tools (ex: Jedox) (an asset).
