Presenter:

Celine Leheurteux DVM, PDG and founder of Euthabag

Céline Leheurteux has been in small animal practice since 1999. She is interested in the psychological aspect of the practice of veterinary medicine, both to optimize relationships within the veterinary team and with clients. Over the years, she has developed a personalized approach to euthanasia, an important moment for which veterinarians are not sufficiently prepared during their training. Yet this act has a major impact on both clients and veterinarians. It seemed essential to design a veterinary body bag that would respect the animal, its family and the professionalism of veterinary teams. Its aim is to help improve the euthanasia experience for families and veterinary teams, by providing a suitable tool and training to better structure the euthanasia experience.
