By submitting this request, you are sharing all of its content, including any personal information it may contain with CDMV.
As part of the current recruitment process, we may ask you, as appropriate, to provide us with certain personal information.
This information will be stored, used and accessed by the Human resources department and will be used to:
- Facilitate the interview process;
- Verify the information on your resume and/or your professional references;
- Formalize your hiring or draft your employment contract;
- Administer information related to your employment or employment contract;
- Ensure the security of our buildings.
Furthermore, if you consent, the collected information may be used to contact you later to offer new job opportunities that may match your profile.
Still within the recruitment process, we may transmit or provide access to the personal information in your file to service providers located in Québec or outside Québec, to companies affiliated with CDMV, or to government agencies.
These third parties are mandated to:
- Publish our job offers and screen applications;
- Manage the security camera network and building access;
- Verify the information on your resume and/or your professional references.
The personal information in your file will be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the end of the recruitment process.
