Your mission

Thanks to your skills in management and development of customer accounts, you will be responsible for achieving the objectives of the commercial agreements of corporate groups under your responsibility, in terms of support, business development and service.   You will also be required to manage the accounts of corporate groups with autonomy and a great sense of organization.

What you’d mainly be responsible for:

  • In a team with other Account Executives Major Accounts, share responsibility for acting as the first point of contact with major account customers for all their customer service needs.
  • Interact with customers through communication channels such as telephone, email, fax or others. Document these exchanges in computer systems (CRM, ERP or other).
  • Take charge of certain transactions, such as taking orders and tracking them, provide support for the use of certain electronic tools and the management of returns.
  • Understand and support customer needs while proposing solutions through a consulting approach.
  • Promote the services offered by CDMV to veterinary practices that are part of the identified groups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. In the event of an irregularity that needs to be escalated, notify the Coordinator Major Accounts and Strategic Partnerships, who will propose constructive solutions to the corporate group's head office.
  • Achieve approved targets for groups.
  • Act as a vector of change during the integration/transition of new clinics and during the integration of special projects (presentation, training, follow-ups, accompaniment).

We would like to meet you if you have:

  • A certificate in business administration with experience in representation or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any other CRM (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the basic software of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingualism: excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (an asset).
  • Fluency with various computer tools, for use or promotion.
  • Excellent ability to analyze and interpret data and results.
