A second highly successful event at CDMV!
In collaboration with Purina, we were delighted to welcome a group of Animal Health Technicians (AHT) for the 2nd edition of an exclusive learning and networking evening on June 12.
Participants attended a conference and workshop led by the renowned Dr. Lucie Hénault, DVM, at our head office in Saint-Hyacinthe under the theme "I work in a veterinary clinic, so I take care of my client." The topics discussed were customer service and client engagement.
Sharing the same desire to support veterinary teams, we were pleased to have welcomed Dr. Lucie Hénault and, above all, to support animal welfare actors so that they are better equipped to thrive and succeed daily.
A lively event
While enjoying a cocktail dinner, guests exchanged with AHTs from other clinics as well as our supplier partners who collaborated to the event. They also enjoyed a guided tour of CDMV's new head office and distribution centre. All of this preceded the conference and workshop given by Dr. Lucie Hénault, DVM.

‘’I work in a veterinary clinic, so I take care of my client’’ Conference
In customer service, everyone knows what needs to be done. But does everyone do it? After attending Dr. Lucie Hénault's conference, participants are better equipped to understand the client's perceptions and reality. They are able to better assist them in understanding the care to be provided to animals.
Learn how to generate client engagement, with the 4 steps of a successful recommendation: personalize, value, direct, and reassure. These steps promote the client's adherence to recommendations, to better help the animal, but also to allow to work in line with one’s own values daily. The latter part of the training offers a workshop with practical scenarios.

Thank you all for turning out in such large numbers for a most interesting evening.
Also, thank you to our sponsors for their great support and presence.
